Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations require all phplus players to be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory before any real-money activity is enabled. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one phplus account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
All games on phplus involve wagering with real Philippine Peso funds. There is no guarantee of winning. All deposits are made voluntarily and phplus does not accept liability for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
All bonus funds credited to phplus accounts are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the stated conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Chip dumping, collusion, use of automated bots or scripts, abuse of bonuses, and any other form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through phplus's internal complaint procedure will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before creating an account or using any service offered by phplus ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and phplus. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on phplus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using phplus and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all Terms as amended from time to time.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering a phplus account, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms are available at all times at phplus.biz/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of phplus following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the phplus Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.1 Minimum Age: Access to phplus and participation in any real-money game or promotion is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced without exception.
3.2 Verification: phplus reserves the right to request government-issued age verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during an active account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID.
3.3 Underage Access: If phplus discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account is held or operated by a person under the age of 21, phplus will immediately suspend the Account, void all transactions conducted on that Account, and return the net deposited amount (less any bonus funds) through the original deposit method. PAGCOR will be notified as required by regulation.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility: phplus is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction at any given time.
3.5 phplus shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
4.1 To use phplus's real-money gaming services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
4.2 One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phplus Account. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
4.3 You must provide the following information truthfully during registration:

4.5 Your phplus Account is strictly personal. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such transfer renders the Account subject to immediate closure.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplus Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phplus will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.
5.2 Any activity conducted through your phplus Account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have previously reported a security breach to phplus in writing.
5.3 You must notify phplus immediately — via live chat or email — if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, your credentials have been compromised, or any suspicious transaction has been made on your Account.
5.4 phplus recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. phplus does not accept liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
5.5 phplus employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between Player devices and Platform servers. However, phplus cannot guarantee the security of your device or internet connection and recommends that Players use phplus only on trusted, personal devices and secure network connections.
6.1 All deposits into phplus Accounts must be made using payment methods approved and listed in the phplus Cashier at the time of the transaction. Approved methods currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Peso per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts, payment instruments belonging to other individuals, or anonymised funding sources is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of phplus's AML obligations.
6.4 phplus does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued by Philippine banks or international providers where such deposits are restricted by the card issuer. The Player is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their card issuer's terms.
6.5 phplus processes deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All Account balances are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion fees are charged by phplus for domestic Philippine payment methods.
6.6 phplus reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing deposits above applicable AML thresholds in accordance with AMLC requirements.
7.1 Players may withdraw their Real Money Balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section and any applicable verification requirements.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 Philippine Peso per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, subject to payment method limits and phplus's verification requirements at the relevant withdrawal tier.
7.3 Before processing any withdrawal, phplus may require the following:
7.4 Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless phplus explicitly approves an alternative method after verification. This policy is a mandatory AML control and cannot be waived.
7.5 phplus targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may take up to one (1) Philippine business day. These are target times and not guaranteed.
7.6 phplus does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution are outside phplus's control and are borne by the Player.
7.7 Bonus Balances and any winnings generated from Bonus Balances that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Attempting to circumvent this restriction is prohibited.
8.1 phplus may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms ("Promotion Terms") that are published alongside the Promotion.
8.2 General Bonus Rules: The following rules apply to all Promotions unless explicitly superseded by specific Promotion Terms:
8.3 phplus reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by eligible Players who have already opted in to the Promotion.
8.4 Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to exploit promotions, or any coordinated effort to exploit Promotion mechanics — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
9.1 All games offered on phplus are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable game rules before wagering.
9.2 All phplus slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. The RNG produces outcomes that are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an incomplete game round, phplus will void the relevant transaction and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. phplus is not liable for any damages beyond the return of the voided bet.
9.4 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical action (cards dealt, wheels spun, dice rolled) conducted by licensed live studio operators under PAGCOR-compliant conditions. Disputes regarding live dealer games will be resolved by reference to the recorded game stream, which is maintained for a minimum of 90 days.
9.5 phplus's decision in any dispute regarding game outcomes, alleged technical errors, or the application of game rules shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 16 of these Terms.
10.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on phplus and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 phplus reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement agencies.
11.1 All content on the phplus Platform — including but not limited to its brand identity, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, sound, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to phplus and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes during the term of their Account. No rights beyond this limited licence are granted.
11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any phplus content without explicit prior written authorisation from phplus.
12.1 phplus provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phplus makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.
12.2 phplus shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of whether phplus was advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 phplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
12.5 phplus is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunction, or third-party payment processing delays outside phplus's direct control.
13.1 phplus is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming in the Philippines. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players from their Account Settings at any time, including:
13.2 Responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation. Decreasing a limit or ending a cooling-off period early is subject to a 72-hour processing delay. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
13.3 Players who are experiencing financial hardship or problem gambling are encouraged to seek help from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and mental health support services available in the Philippines.
13.4 phplus cooperates fully with the PAGCOR Exclusion Program. Players who have enrolled in the PAGCOR exclusion list will not be permitted to maintain an active phplus Account.
14.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your phplus Account at any time by contacting live chat or email support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
14.2 Suspension by phplus: phplus reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
14.3 Permanent Closure: phplus reserves the right to permanently close any Account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. Upon permanent closure for breach, any balances in the Account may be forfeited in full, including Real Money Balances where required by law or regulation.
14.4 phplus will retain Account data for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure in compliance with Philippine AML and data retention requirements under RA 10173.
15.1 phplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number and/or a notice displayed upon login to the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at phplus.biz/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date the current version came into force.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or the use of phplus (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Internal Complaint Procedure: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players must first raise a complaint through phplus's internal complaint procedure:
16.3 Any dispute not resolved through the internal procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests pending resolution of a dispute.
